It’s that special time of year for eggnog, staying in to watch a show, and getting all steamed up for the holidays. What better way to celebrate the turning of the year than with shows and stories we love, with a little steampunk twist. This Sunday, Edge Theatre presents a steampunk adaptation of Charles Dickens’s classic A Christmas Carol!
Set against the backdrop of a fanciful Victorian England, populated with strange machines powered by gas, gears and electricity, comes a revolution – not of industry but of one man’s soul. Ebeneezer Scrooge will learn that the mechanization of his heart is not where his salvation lies. In the end he will discover that the best investment man can make is in mankind.
Take an airship ride with us this Sunday, December 14,2014, from 7:00-10:00pm at Cornservatory Theater. BYOB! Raffle prizes!
