In 2017 ROUGE Electro Swing & Cabaret unfortunately had it’s long running venue – Door No. 3 – closed, literally, overnight. They tried out a number of spots – a ton of appreciation to Beauty Bar Chicago for hosting them in those transition months. They return and they are excited to back in the same area and working with a Chicago establishment known for it’s alternative events, Debonair Social Club!
With MUCH excitement Calliope Presents and Dead 2 Me Records are proud to announce ROUGE! The re-launch 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY BLOWOUT on Wednesday Sept 20th, 2017.
It features guest west coast neo-vintage impasario Duke Skellington (The Vaude Villainz, Los Angeles) along with live performances by
Lola van Ella (Show-Me Burlesque Festival, St. Louis) & Ammunition (Chicago), resident DJs Vourteque & Mr. Automatic.
Of course, there will be vendors, dancing and electro-swing! However, there will be no cover or dress code!
All this at Debonair Social Club at 1575 N Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL, from 9pm – 2am on Wednesday, September 20.
